Ask Ultimate Solutions to review your application. We can offer advice on your
production challenges, and assess your thermal, shock and/or vibration issues. We will work side-by-side with your engineers to explore your challenges, constraints, tolerance specifications and production requirements. We will also consider prototype design, production tooling options, turnaround time and budgets.
After an examination of your environment and challenges, Ultimate Solutions will introduce you to the concept of using 3D Preforms, including our patented Ultipad and Ultipak products, and possibly the addition of
embedded materials to enhance performance. After agreement on the specifications for your solutions, we will continue collaborating with your engineers to design and deliver the best solutions for your specific applications.
Fast turnaround of your solution.
With Ultimate Solutions, your orders will not be subject to minimum quantities or long lead times. You can expect these steps for production and delivery of your solutions: 1. We will create a SolidWorks 3D database, with your unique specifications, to support the design of your Ultipads or Ultipaks. 2. We will develop a preliminary digital model, based on broad project parameters, and ask for your evaluation and feedback.
3. After you approve the design, we will create the database and your prototype tooling. 4. Your prototype will consist of a molded Ultipad or Ultipak to be tested, assessed and approved by your team. 5. After your approval of the prototype, we will begin production of your unique Ultipads or Ultipaks.

Your deployment couldn’t be easier. Simply take a few seconds to apply an Ultipad or Ultipak to each PCB and electronic component at risk, and they will be protected in some of the world’s harshest environments. At Ultimate Solutions, we stand behind our products. During production and deployment, we are happy to consult on your progress and make modifications to your Preforms if needed. We are always available to assist with your questions and concerns, and consult on your challenges.
